Women entering the public workforce in large numbers, having become a norm for over 30 to 40 years, we see that the need for greater awareness of the laws that protect their interest is to be disseminated widely.

Workplaces need to guarantee safety for their women employees in order to ensure better productivity.

We have programs that will empower the Internal Complaints Committees as well as Staff to understand the components of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment in Workplaces for Women Act 2013 and its operating guidelines and rules.

Each company must constitute a Committee as per Supreme Court guidelines.
